Making Picture Day Easy!
When you choose us for your picture day you are getting more than just a photographer with a camera. You are getting a photo day experience with organization, serice and a smooth experience.
Are you ready to offer a picture day experience to your athletes?
Have you ever thought about having a professional photo day for your dojo? Did you have one in the past but have not had one reciently and are open to another one? Did you have something and it did not work, or was too much work for you?
How it works
We work with your dojo to make the process simple—from scheduling and organizing picture day to delivering beautiful images your athletes and families will love. We handle everything all you have to do is give us the information and we take care of the rest.
We photograph every athlete on a grey/green background, and take multiple poses of each one. This allows us to provide parents with multiple backgrounds and poses to choose from.
Parents can then view all images online and decide what they would like to purchase.
Green/Grey Screen
We photograph all athletes on a green or grey screen background that we bring with us. This allows us to create all the artwork that our dojos love. Since we use green/grey screen there is not color of uniform that we can not photograph.
Private on-line Gallery
In the gallery the parents will find all the images of their athlete. This is a no-risk program allowing parents to easily see all images and order only the ones that they want.
This option allows parents to place their orders at their convience in their own homes.
Online Ordering
All proofs will be available 5-7 days after photo day on a password protected viewing gallery. QR codes are given at photo day with access information.
Multiple poses and backgrounds available to choose from.
Orders can be shipped to the dojo free for pickup or shipped directly to your home.
This option allows parents to place their orders at their convience in their own homes.
Custom products
We offer many different products so we have something for everyone. The same images and graphics are availble on all products.
Custom Artwork
Individual Posters
One of our most popular composite layouts is the Drop In Poster.
With this poster layout, parents choose 3 of their favorite photos and one of the multiple designs available.
We customize it with the studio name and the student’s name and rank if desired. If the template is color adjustable we will also change it to your color choice!
Panoramics
We can create panoramics for an individual student or a small studio.
Students will be able to show off all of their favorite poses with these amazing designs! They are customizable like the posters and allow parents to choose the color, studio name or student name if the pano features just one person.
Studio Composite
This is our way of saying, Thank You for letting us photograph your Dojo. We create and frame a giant composite featuring your gym name, the year and a image of each athlete.
This is a great way to decorate your dojo wall and attract students to join your gym. Years from now you can look back and remember all the faces ofyour students.
