Custom Pet Photography
Custom Pet Photography what is it to you? Is it something you have thought about? Is it something that you are looking for? We are a custom pet photography studio and want to let you know what we see it is.
What do we say when we say that we are a custom pet photographer and how does that make your photography session different than any other? What is custom pet photography to us. We see each of our clients, the human ones and the furry ones, as individuals. No two are alike and therefore are treated as the individuals they are in the planning of and in the actual photography session.
When you are creating your perfect photography session we take the personality of your pet as the first thing we look at. Do you have an active animal? Would they be best fit for an outdoor session with lots of open spaces over a fully posed in studio session. Do you have a cat that hides from everyone, would they be better served with a photography session in your home allowing them to be in a space that they are familiar with over bringing them to a strange location like out studio. Do you have a calm dog is not bothered by anything and that loves to just lay around on the couch, they might be a great candidate for a fully themed studio session. We take all these factors and more into account as we are planing your custom photography session.
But your animal and their temperament is not the only thing that we take into account as we plan your session. We also take into account your family and your lifestyle.
Are you an active family? That enjoys hiking, swimming, etc. If so an on location session might be a great fit for you. These on location sessions are also customized to you. We currently offer several location types for our sessions, if there is one that would fit your needs please let us know. Currently the types of locations that we offer are: Beach, Park, Urban or even your home. We will be blogging about each of these types of location in the future so keep an eye out for that.
Are you a more quiet family? Do you enjoy movies, reading, board games, etc, then you might be the perfect family for a fully designed studio session. In a studio session we have multiple props that can be used to create a mood and asethetic that meets your needs.
The last main thing we take into account is the look of your home and what would look good on your walls. We take into account your style. Do you like a modern look, a farmhouse look, a neutral look, etc. We take a look at the colors that you use in your decorations and use colors that will look good with those colors as we photograph our sessions with the idea that they will be made into art that you will be hanging on your walls for years to come.
