This is a worse case senario but a real risk if you only have your images saved digitally. Image loss could be from your phone getting destroyed. lost or stollen and you do not have everything backed up, a virus getting on your phone or computer, etc. You can also losing the images that you have backed up since there are times that even backup services can have things happen or if you back up offline those devices can also become corrupted or break. And if any of these things happen your memories are lost forever.
Thirdly, by having art created out of your images instead of just having them digitally, you get to decorate your home with your images and enjoy them every day.
